After a long wait, skaters in Japan could finally purchase the collaboration decks by enjoi and Dutch artist Parra, who was quite an accomplished rider before. Officially titled “Art by enjoi Guest Employee Parra”, each is based on decks from enjoi team riders model, with Parra’s signature abstract graphics plus humorous messages, taken from popular song lyrics, such as The Styx, The Smiths, RBL Posse, B-52’s, all painted on one side. The other side retain a plain coat of simple color wood stain.
All 5 decks (Cairo Foster’s model not shown) are now available at STLESS of ZOZOTOWN shopping network. For interested parties lived outside of Japan, the enjoi x Parra - Lyrics Decks are on sale at online skateboard stores, such as Warehouse Skateboards.
